I can’t believe while looking over the garden fence the amount of plants that have come into bloom these past few days with the warmer weather. The yellow alyssum in the rockery is putting on a good show as well as several creeping phlox. There are a number of clumps of grape hyacinth (muscari) which are certainly a delight to see. I particularly like the leaves on the spirea when they first come out in the spring – a lovely bronze/copper colour. Finally the euphorbias are doing well by the pond and I brought a variegated one just for contrast.
More to follow with sub menus with more detailed description of plants mentioned above.
Continue to enjoy the sunny weather!
